Owner

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in East Cleveland, Wendell Lovelace has built his company based on his passion for rebuilding Northeast Ohio communities. His father, Robert Lovelace, Sr., instilled within his four children a strong work ethic and taught Wendell the trades he developed into his areas of expertise today.

Wendell brings a broad range of skills and depth of experience to his work, and has invested much time in developing and supporting a diverse contractor team. He prides himself on providing “old school quality with new school technology” so that clients are satisfied beyond their expectations with a job well done.
